We are a small indoor farm growing microgreens since 2022. After harvest we immediately dehydrate, crush, and package so we can reach more people with our product and further our mission.
These dehydrated microgreens are up to 500x the nutritional density by weight than mature plants. We are not like ultra-processed green powders that are blended in mass-production industrial factories with cheap synthetic vitamins and fillers such as maltodextrin, lecithin, heavy fibers, or other thickeners. Instead, our dehydrated greens are 100% microgreens that we grow and harvest in-house using organic methods in our own Alberta farm.
